All recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel in advance if they do not wish to be charged for the next period.

Intellectual Property – Ebook Course

The digital course (ebook) included in the Bundle Package is the exclusive intellectual property of Kristina Forex Premium Signals. It is provided for personal use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the ebook — in full or in part — in any format (digital or physical), with or without attribution. Unauthorized distribution, uploading, or resale of the ebook is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

By purchasing the Bundle Package, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the proprietary nature of the content provided.
 

Cancellation/Refunds Subscription

Before subscribing to any of our services, you are required to read and fully understand these Terms & Conditions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

All payments made to Kristina Forex Premium Signals are final and non-refundable, including payments made via any of our social media channels or third-party platforms. We operate under a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all subscription types, including monthly, 6-month, lifetime, and bundle packages.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Scope of Services

Kristina Forex Premium Signals specializes in providing technical analysis and daily trade ideas focused on currencies and commodities. Our content includes simplified research, actionable levels, and educational insights intended to support your independent trading decisions.

We do not provide in-depth fundamental (economic) analysis. Additionally, any mention of third-party products, services, or companies within our content is for informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement, partnership, or authorization.

Additional Cancellation Terms

All payments made to Kristina Forex Premium Signals are non-refundable, regardless of when a cancellation request is made.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period, your access will remain active until the end of that period. No credit or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

If you are unable to cancel via our Telegram bot for any reason, you may request cancellation by contacting us at fxtraderkristina@gmail.com.

Subscription Billing and Cancellation Instructions

Monthly Subscription

The monthly subscription is billed once every 30 days, beginning on the day of your initial purchase. This date becomes your renewal day, and your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in advance.

Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your next charges will occur on February 15th, March 15th, etc.

6-Month Subscription

The 6-month subscription is billed once every 6 months from the original signup date and also renews automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your next charge will be on July 15th, then January 15th of the following year, and so on.

Lifetime and Bundle Access

The Lifetime and Bundle plans are one-time payments. No recurring billing will occur. The Bundle plan includes lifetime service access plus a 300-page digital course (ebook). This content is for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Telegram Bot:

Open the Telegram bot you originally used to subscribe (@kristinafxbot) and type the command /status (with the slash). This will display your subscription details and give you the option to cancel.

⚠️ You must cancel before your next billing date. If you fail to do so and the payment is processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will be removed from the group upon expiration.

Refund Policy After Payment Processing

To maintain transparency and consistency, please note that all payments are final and non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage or membership activity. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so before your next billing date by either:

Failure to cancel prior to the billing date will result in the subscription renewing automatically, and no refunds will be issued once the payment is completed.
